18 & OLDER BOOK BLOGGER FOLLOW

18 & Over Book Blogger Follow is a weekly feature that begins on Fridays and runs through the weekend, hosted by Crystal from Reading Between the Wines. This is a Friday blog hop with the objective to find and visit other book blogs that share the same interest as you, namely books geared towards the 18 & over crowd, and make some new friends!

How to join in:

-You should run a book blog that features and reviews mostly adult reads. Some Y.A.’s are okay but 18 & over adult reads should be your majority.

-Make a separate post for the 18 & Over Book Blogger Follow on your blog.

-Copy the button above and place it at the top of your post.

-List & answer the ‘Question of the Week.’

-Place your name and blog title in the linky over at RBtW's blog post and the URL for a direct link to your post

-Visit the other blogs on the list and say 'Hi!' Following each blog is not mandatory but I know it is always appreciated, and if someone comments saying they’re a new follower it’s polite to follow back. It’s always nice to spread the 18 & Over Book Blogging love!

-Contact Crystal readingbetweenthewines10@gmail.com with any questions!

Question of the Week: Do you have a 'feel good' read or author that you go to whenever you're sick or feeling down?

Answer:
I do have a few series that I re-read when I feel like I am missing my favorite characters. They have become such a part of my fictional family, lol.

One author that always makes me feel good is Suzanne Brockmann. In fact, I am re-reading Gone Too Far right now. It is Sam and Alyssa's story (fave character pairing ever) and I have just a few pages left. Sigh...Sam is just such a great Alpha hero. If you have no read Brockmann's Troubleshooters Series and love Romantic Suspense with Military heroes and strong heroines...check them out. Seriously.

Click here for Brockmann's list of her books.

Any of the Brothers will do, but I have a weak spot for V.  His story is definitely not a pick-me-up, but I love it all the same.

What about you? What book do you turn to when you need to feel better?

And of course, I can ALWAYS COUNT on JR Ward's BDB Series to cheer me up and **ahem** turn me on.

    1. Zsadist makes my heart weep. He is such a softie in the middle with a shit-ton of hardness on the outside. LURVE him, too.
V is just the Dom I want and makes me quiver in all the right places, lol.

  4. Mmmmm BDB. Those are excellent. I tried Suzanne Brockmann earlier this month and just couldn't do it. Was my first DNF book. I'm gonna try her again though since everyone I know seems to love her.

GAH!!!!!! What book of Brockmann's did you read? Oh MY, I'm stunned. She has such great characters that you get to see grow throughout her series...that is one of the major things about her books that I love.
Write back to me and let me know what book it was---I'm very curious.
      Have a great weekend!

    1. WD--we must talk, girlfriend, LOL...Brockmann's Troubleshooters Series is one that I say you MUST read in order--as she writes what she calls "real time"...they all build on top of one another. Let me know what you think. They are not what I would call Smexy HOT reads, like WARDens..they are just...filled with such hidden gems and awesome three-dimensional characters. You also get more than one story line flowing in her books. Can be a bit confusing at first, but once you read a couple, you get used to it. Sam Starrett and Jules are my fave...and then there is Izzy, and Cosmo, and Wild Card...LOL...
V is MINE so back the fuck off, lol :) You know I love ya, right...hehehehehe...I also love Rhage's story and when his inner dragon 'eyes' Mary...lol. he is such a card.
      Have a super weekend!
