Warning: This is not a typical love story. This is an all-consuming, soul-crushing, tear-your-heart-into-pieces story. It’s intense, gritty and raw, dark and disturbing, and it doesn’t happen overnight. This is an epic love story that knows no boundaries and has no time limits. It grows and develops—with hurt, sacrifice, and heartache—over the span of a lifetime.
Eva Fox is the princess of the Silver Demons Motorcycle Club. Growing up with bikers in the club lifestyle is all that she knows. When she’s a young girl, Eva meets the reason for her existence. Deuce West is the sexy, biker bad-ass of the Hell’s Horsemen Motorcycle Club. Like Eva, he was born and raised in the club—but that’s where the similarities end. Their first meeting is innocent, but as Eva matures into a woman, their chance reunions evolve into a fit of lust and love. Fate continues to bring them together time and time again, but their twisted journey is filled with pain, betrayal, and bloodshed that could tear them apart. Eva sees in Deuce what he cannot see in himself—a man worthy of love—and Eva spends her lifetime proving to him that her undeniable love is the one thing he can’t live without.
This is Eva and Deuce’s story.
It wasn’t easy.
Nothing worth doing ever is.
And love is worth everything.
HOLY HELL! I just got done with a very emotional, topsy-turvy, unexplainable, freaking, GREAT, read. There are simply no words to do justice to this book.
Let me begin by saying that this book is NOT for everyone. And if you take offense to the F-bomb? Might as well mosey on along. Nothing for you to read here. There is also a very graphic, very brutal rape scene that is very hard to read.
This book is 100% R.E.A.L. There is no rose colored glasses here, folks. No pretty package tied up with a bow. No fru-fru lovey dovey romance story. It's brutally fresh and honest.
There IS, however, bikers. Lots and lots of bikers. And these bikers ain't your Sunday cruisin' down the highway bikers, either. Nope. They sell guns. Sell drugs. Beat the shit out of people that piss them off. Take those to ground who mess with the ones they love. And have lots and lots of sex. Drink hard, party harder.
Are you still here? Still want to read this book?
Then get your big girl panties on and a box of Kleenex, cause Eva and Deuce will fu--er...rock your world up.
The first time five year old Eva met Deuce, her life was forever changed. And each time these two got together--whether fighting or fucking, fireworks followed.
This story offers no apologies and shows the rougher side of life. The dirty, nitty gritty of how love can forever change you--forever rule you--until you can't see straight. And just because you love someone more than you want your next breath, doesn't mean that you won't make some killer mistakes.
Deuce and Eva's feelings are raw, honest, and severely effed up in the head. But their passion for each other is hard to miss. And this book was hard to stop once I started reading the prologue. I was hooked.
***takes a deep breath***
Now I have to go prepare myself for book two in this incredibly effed up series.
