18 And Over Book Blogger Follow

18 & Over Book Blogger Follow is a weekly feature that begins on Fridays and runs through the weekend, hosted by Crystal from Reading Between the Wines. This is a Friday blog hop with the objective to find and visit other book blogs that share the same interest as you, namely books geared towards the 18 & over crowd, and make some new friends!

How to join in:

-You should run a book blog that features and reviews mostly adult reads, some Y.A.’s are okay but 18 & over adult reads should be your majority.

-Make a separate post for the 18 & Over Book Blogger Follow on your blog.

-Copy the html for the button above and place it at the top of your post.

-List & answer the ‘Question of the Week.’

-Place your name and blog title in the linky below and the url for a direct link to your post

-Visit the other blogs on the list and say 'Hi!' Following each blog is not mandatory but I know it is always appreciated, and if someone comments saying they’re a new follower it’s polite to follow back. It’s always nice to spread the 18 & Over Book Blogging love!-Contact Crystal at readingbetweenthewines10@gmail.com with any questions!

Question of the Week:

Do you read multiple books at a time or stick to one?

It depends on the mood and the book--I usually do read more than one book. Like, right now, I am reading Shadow's Stand by Sarah McCarty, Echoes of Magic by Donna Grant (getting ready to start), and Fated by Rebecca Zannetti. Reading this way you would THINK speeds up the amount of books you read, but it doesn't really. And sometimes, I get so engrossed in a book, that I won't pick up another one. It just depends.

How about you? Please leave a comment and let me know-I'd love to hear from you!

  2. I do a bit of both depending on what I'm reading. When I'm into a book, especially with category romance, I don't read anything else until I'm done. For some longer reads, I take a break and read something else before going back to finish the book.

I'm a new follower. Have a great weekend.

  3. Yes, and every book I read gets my whole attention while I'm reading it, but sometimes, especially if I'm getting frustrated with the material.. then a palate cleanser gives me a fresh take.

  8. I am just starting Shadow's Stand (Ch. 5) and even though I have not read the previous books in the series, I really like the book so far. We have a lot of book titles in common. I am your newest follower

  9. Kristin,
Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog~ Sarah McCarty's Hell's Eight Series is delish. I have finsihed Shadow's Stand-and loved it. In fact, I loved the whole series-which is amazing, because historical is usually my least fave genre to read. But Sarah packs such an emotional punch with realy great and well-developed characters. Hope you enjoyed it and let me know when you finish. Thanks for the follow!

  11. Crystal- The Hell's Eight series is spicy hot and very good. I love the charaters. I am usually not a big fan of historical, but McCarty does such a great job at writing them! Thanks for commenting and stopping on my blog.
