Where The Hell Have I Been?!

I am such a slack ass individual at times, I know--but the truth of the matter is, I have been holed away in my **ahem, cough** office, frustratingly banging my head on my desk (it's actually my dresser), and forcing my ass to sit and work on my manuscript.

Everything else in my life has fallen to the wayside...Seriously, my kids are left to their own devices on most days. Or, I fall in a coma after they get home from school, because I feel like my head is going to explode.

My house is rampant with dust bunnies, sticky floors, and laundry (albeit, clean) piled high on a table in the laundry room.

Fast food has become status quo around here, and not only is my hubby and kids revolting against this unhealthy lifestyle....I am gonna barf if I have to eat another burger or french fry.

So, my blog has fallen way down the list of my priorities. I seriously had such good intentions when I started this endeavour, but I kept putting it off. I still have a ton of books lying on the floor in  my closet that I wish to give away...please bear w/ me while I try to stack my ducks in a row.

I have given myself a deadline to finish my manuscript and it's fast approaching. Only one more month **crosses fingers** and then I will be done.

That being said---I couldn't pass the opportunity to interview one of my favorite paranormal/historical romance authors. She is the Queen of dark, sexy, paranormal romance.

Donna Grant

Donna will be doing a blog tour, and stopping here on October 19, 2011.

I am so damn excited. I had the pleasure to meet Donna this past summer in NYC when I attended my first RWA. She was warm, funny, and so sweet--I got to pick her brain a bit and am looking forward to doing it again.
